We understand that sometimes things can go wrong with online shopping, and we encourage all customers to engage with Space T-Shirts via written email communication (for record-keeping purposes) when dealing with an issue. We are nice people and want you to be comfortable shopping online with us.
Returned by Customer – please contact us before returning any products as it is likely we will ask it be shipped to a different address.
When returns are accepted:
You just hate it (but you’ve not worn it) – within 30 days of purchase.
We hope this doesn’t happen. If it does, then contact us. We will refund you and ask you to ship the item back, just pay the shipping cost, to an address we advise you (may be different to the sending address). Please don’t ask us if you can just keep it, sorry but we’ve been burnt with that chestnut before.
At Space T-Shirts we pride ourselves on product quality and use only good quality shirts and materials. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before our printer ships them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through the quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. We will require photo evidence of the problem so we can pass it on to the machine team.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received please contact us.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, contact us.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We will offer a size exchange however it is conditional you ship the original item back to us. We’ll arrange a second size once we have the tracking number that it has been posted. We’re sad to hear that you ordered the wrong size, but our items are made to order (for you). All of our products include a size chart; that is the best guide we can provide, direct from our manufacturer.
When returns are not accepted:
You’ve already worn it or used it.
Sorry, it’s a health and hygiene thing. Contact us to discuss, it is a case-by-case
Hyper Shirts does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Where does the product get shipped back to?
The return address is set by default to our manufacturer’s facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If the correct facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
