Orders and Shipping

Check out our shipping page. But usually within 4 to 8 business days.  The pandemic has been a nuisance but we think we are past most of the delays now. Peak periods like Christmas can add a few days.

You can change that in your account details page, where it has addresses on the right hand side. 

We will provide a tracking code once you have ordered and it has been shipped. 

No we certainly do not. We never see it nor does it write to anywhere on our servers.

We include sales tax in the purchase price. You may see a value of around 10% at checkout, which is a general average.  But that cannot be reduced or removed, it is for simplification purposes.

We ship to most countries. Check out the shipping link in the footer of the website. These are countries we cannot ship to, and we may have missed a few: Russia, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria

Generally yes. Apparel comes in a plastic postage container. Mugs in a cardboard one.  If you order one of each, they will come separately.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a bit more detail on our returns page. Have a look at it on this link. In short, if we have stuffed up then we’ll sort it out ASAP at our cost.

Unhappiness or size: if you’ve not worn it (size try out an exception) usually we’ll exchange within 30 days of order it at your postage cost.

If it was our mistake, then we will sort it out totally at our expense.  If you like it, then the universe is speaking to you.

We aim for amazing QA but sometimes these things happen. Either ‘The Machine’ makes a mistake or the courier plays football with it. Contact us and we will sort it out as soon as we can. Please take a picture of what went wrong.

Great question. Check with us first but chances are it won’t be the same place you received it from. Depending on what you ordered you should get a returns address with it, but please you need to open a case with us first. 

Use our contact us page! We aim respond to emails within 24 hours although you can get us on Facebook messenger even faster.

Please advise as soon as possible, preferably within the 12 hours. 

If you contact us immediately we may be able to adjust the order. We usually confirm with our production team within 12 hours. Once it is sent to the machines though then it will be made and delivered.
